Exchange and Return Policy

At Zeikra Store, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with our products. Returns are available within 24 hours of receiving your order, subject to the return conditions below. Here’s what you need to do:

  • Contact our customer service team through the Email or WhatsApp.

Return Conditions

  1. If the product is defective or there is an error on Zeikra’s part, Ziekra will bear all costs and ship a replacement product based on the original order.
  2. The product must be in its original condition, unused, and include complete packaging and box.
  3. Shipping fees and cash-on-delivery charges are paid to the shipping company and cannot be refunded.
  4. Any product that has been customized or modified at the client’s request or on their behalf cannot be returned or exchanged.
  5. For international returns, in case of defects or errors, the customer will be compensated.
  6. Returns are not allowed if the product has been damaged due to misuse or improper care by the customer.

Important Notes

  • Completing a purchase implies that the customer has read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions above.
  • There is no exchange option. Returns are only accepted if the return conditions are met since the product is custom-made.
  • If the order status is marked as "In Progress," modifications or cancellations cannot be made.
  • In case of order cancellation or compensation, your request will be processed within 14 business days, and the amount will be refunded to your account.
